Criteria for members gallery.
You must be a current member of the British Society of Enamellers to apply, if you leave the organisation after selection your gallery page will be removed .
Alongside your images a brief statement about your practice is required (approx 300 words). Please provide up to date links to websites, social media and email. It is essential that this information is accurate as it may not be checked.
You may submit a maximum of 5 images of your work with the minimum being 3. Please adhere to the following specifications:
Work should be photographed on a clean, neutral light coloured background, preferably white.
All images should be 800 x 800 pixels square and also a maximum size 0.5MB
Please start the image's file name with your surname followed by sequential numbers.
Your submission will be judged on the quality of the piece and the quality of the photographic image. Ideally we would like successful applications to display at least three images in the gallery.
Please note that poor photography will not be considered; the purpose of the gallery is to showcase your work online and must read clearly and effectively through images that are to a professional standard. Head over to the Hot Topic recording to watch the May 2026 photography session.
On selection those that are successful will be contacted in regards to payment, initial set up is £25 with a fee of £5 each year thereafter to secure your place within the gallery. We expect images to be updated annually which can be submitted at each gallery callout.
Please note that deadlines will be imposed for submission and payment. You can apply throughout the year but selection will only take place in August and January.
